The location is absolutely stunning, with its own terrace offering partial views of Granada. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a bathtub and the option of an extra bed. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service with a personal touch. The breakfast that is included is delicious, with a variety of pastries to choose from.

The staff, especially Pedro, is very helpful and hospitable. The resident golden retriever dogs are super friendly and happy to go on short walks. The location is perfect for exploring the national park and snow capped mountains.

One negative aspect is the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the beautiful Sierra Nevada National Park. The location offers breathtaking views of Granada, especially at night when the city lights twinkle below. The spacious and comfortable rooms, some with their own terrace, provide the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the breakfast spread with homemade yogurt and cakes is simply delicious.

One small area for improvement could be the lack of air conditioning in some rooms, which might be a drawback during warmer temperatures.

The stunning views of the mountains and the city were the best aspects of this little hotel. the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They did their best to speak English, which we appreciated. the breakfast had a good variety and was included in the price.

The shower head kept slipping down and the bath was very slippery, which made it difficult to shower. there was an odd smell in the bedroom.

We got excellent value for our money at El Balcon De Las Nieves. The room was cozy and comfortable with an amazing view. The location was perfect for nature lovers with plenty of walking and biking paths nearby. The staff treated us like family and even gave us their phone number in case we needed help getting around.

Food for breakfast could've been better with more variety.

the location was absolutely breathtaking, situated in the Sierra Nevada park with stunning views of both the sunset and Granada. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. the staff, especially Pedro, were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great advice on the area and making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel also had an excellent restaurant where we had some truly delicious meals, including a special surprise for my birthday. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

If you're seeking a unique experience in the mountains, El Balcon offers breathtaking views of twinkling lights in Granada, nestled in the Sierra Nevada National Park. You can enjoy activities like trekking in the park and wake up to a charming room with a large balcony overlooking the lovely garden and swimming pool. The staff, including their friendly golden retrievers, make you feel right at home. The delicious breakfasts and option for dinner in the garden are added bonuses.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a little TLC both inside and out.
