The hotel is in the heart of the old town, right by a river, making it the perfect location to explore all of Granada's main attractions. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, offering great advice and assistance. The rooms with views of the Alhambra were breathtaking, especially those with a balcony. Additionally, the breakfast provided was enjoyable and satisfying.

Great location in the heart of the pedestrian area and beside the river. Plenty of restaurants and sights nearby, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the staff were friendly and willing to give advice on things to see and do. the courtyard was beautiful and a great spot to relax.

Some areas of the hotel were really dark and the reading light in my room was broken and never repaired despite reporting it multiple times. the soundproofing was also poor, which made it difficult to sleep with noise from the street and other guests in nearby rooms being audible.
