The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. The indoor and outdoor pools were outstanding, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The dinner at the hotel was also top-notch, offering a great variety of delicious meals. We absolutely loved our recent stay at El Lodge, Ski & Spa. The luxury and quality of the hotel were exceptional. The newly rebuilt property looked stunning, and everything was finished to high standards. We were particularly impressed with the service provided by the Guest Experience Team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The playroom with the latest gaming consoles was a hit with our children, and the spa facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the private jacuzzi on our room's terrace, providing the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. The location of the hotel, slope side, was ideal, and the terrace overlooking the slopes was truly world-class. The food at the hotel was superb, with a wide variety of options and excellent presentation, especially during breakfast. The cocktails were also delicious, and the staff's professionalism was evident throughout our stay. Although we did have some minor inconveniences, such as a delayed luggage delivery and having to ask for our private hot tub to be filled, these were overshadowed by the overall experience. We highly recommend El Lodge, Ski & Spa and hope to return in the future. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a truly indulgent and enjoyable stay.

Stayed on a weekend with my family and we were impressed with the modern facilities and excellent service. the heated outdoor pool was a highlight, as well as the spa area that offered a range of treatments. the breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

We had a bit of trouble with the luggage, which took longer than expected to be delivered to our room. the kids’ area was also a bit noisy in the evenings, so we ended up having to retreat to our room earlier than we had planned.

The hotel is a luxurious treat, with opulent decor and high, class amenities. the indoor and outdoor pools, spa, and treatment rooms are outstanding. the staff is exceptional, providing personalized, attentive service without being intrusive. the food is delectable, and the presentation is stunning. The venue is ski, in/ski, out, which is very convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. Cons: the breakfast selection is not satisfactory for some guests; the hotel needs to improve its breakfast menu and service.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel like family. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the private jacuzzi on our room terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa and an outdoor terrace with stunning views of the mountains.

The service on the outside terrace was a little disorganized and could have been better coordinated.

Excellent amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub on the balcony. Appreciated the stocked fridge and fresh fruit. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. Convenient location by the slope and easy ski rental. Will definitely return.

We had an incredible time at this luxurious hotel in Sierra Nevada. The staff were amazing, especially Valentina and Taryic, and made us feel like family. The cocktails were delicious, the food was incredible, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The hotel even had a casino and karaoke night, which we absolutely loved!

We recently stayed at a charming lodge in Sierra Nevada and were blown away by the recent renovation. the tasteful design and great character truly made for a memorable experience. the rooms were equipped with all the comforts you would expect from a first-rate establishment. the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist with any needs. We were able to easily organize our ski gear in-house, making it convenient for short trips. On top of it all, the lodge had a wonderful terrace where we could enjoy the sunshine. We can't wait to return to this amazing place!

The value for money at this hotel was incredible, and the room was amazing. The location right by the slopes was perfect, and the staff made us feel so special and well-cared for.

Breakfast choices could have been more diverse, but overall it was still a great experience.
