As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of Hotel Rural El Navio. The lovely location within a banana plantation and the beautiful flowers in the garden created a serene environment. The good bed and swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a long day of trekking. We especially enjoyed the large private terrace overlooking the plantation and the sea in the distance. The short walk to the beach and village facilities was convenient. The fantastic Italian restaurant in the village, although simple, served excellent food and had great service. The staff at the hotel and restaurants were quick to call for taxis, making transportation hassle-free.

The balcony was very private and provided a peaceful space to relax. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety each day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk through the banana plantation leading to the seafront.

One negative aspect was the lack of a path through the banana plantation to get to the nearby town, which made walking on the road dangerous. Another drawback was the occasional closure of the reception, which made it difficult to find assistance when needed.
