This hotel is located right in the city center, making it super convenient to explore and enjoy all that the city has to offer. Plus, it's right next to the market, which has some fantastic tapas bars. The staff here are really friendly and helpful, ensuring that you have a great stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. I particularly liked the newly renovated room with twin beds pushed together on laminate flooring - it felt modern and stylish. The breakfast here is delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions in the center of town. You can stroll just a few blocks to reach the iconic Plaza Mayor and it is also within walking distance to the lively market. The rooms are clean and the receptionist provides exceptional service, even going above and beyond to assist with urgent matters like finding a vet for a beloved pet.

Some guests have mentioned that there may be some issues with the concept of "Do Not Disturb" as the staff tends to enter rooms even when the sign is displayed.

The city center location was great for our romantic escape, and the room was relatively clean. The staff was somewhat informative when it came to navigating around the city. One more advantage was that they provided a decent amount of towels.

The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was particularly hot and uncomfortable at night.
