We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with lots of traditional character and beautiful surroundings. Our room had a lovely balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served excellent food. The location was peaceful and away from the crowded resorts on the coast. It was a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet area just outside town, offering breathtaking views of the coast. The traditional building has been well-maintained and has good amenities, while the friendly staff make you feel welcome. The restaurant offers delicious dishes and the breakfast buffet is really good.

The hotel’s location is quite remote, so having a car is important if you want to get around. The indoor pool was a bit outdated and could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in beautiful gardens was breathtaking and added to the overall charm of the place. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room service was excellent and we appreciated the amenities such as the heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also top-notch, offering delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. We were especially pleased with the spa & wellness centre, which had an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The entire experience was truly relaxing and rejuvenating.

Friendly staff, good restaurant, and great location for exploring Teide and the coast. Tired rooms, noisy aircon, and a fountain that kept me awake at night. Average breakfast but enjoyable dinner. Indoor pool was a treat. Comfy bed and picturesque outdoor pool. a characterful place with pretty gardens.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, up in the mountains, was perfect for me as I wanted to be away from the coast. The hotel facilities were great, with both an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The sauna was easy to use, just a simple turn on and wait. The staff at the reception were helpful and provided me with a key for the fridge in my room when I bought a bottle of water. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I enjoyed the delicious food at the reasonably priced restaurant.
