The villa was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with an outstanding architecture that blended in perfectly with the surrounding nature. the large private pool was incredible, providing an amazing view of the area. We loved the healthy and fresh food options that were available, giving us a chance to fully immerse ourselves in the natural setting of the location.

While the staff were nice, we felt they lacked proper training in providing excellent and efficient service. the food and beverage selection could have been more creative, with more options for juices and teas during the day.

The beverage and food options could be more creative and diverse, with a wider range of fresh juices, herbal teas, and specialty drinks. the menu could benefit from more locally sourced and organic produce, providing a greater variety of options for guests.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the middle of untouched nature. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty by the attentive and courteous staff. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are stunning and provide the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the beauty treatments and massages at the on, site spa and wellness centre meet the highest standards and are delivered by highly qualified professionals. The restaurant offers a variety of mouth, watering dishes that delight the senses, and guests can also enjoy private in, room breakfast and dining experiences. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was a delay in service at the restaurant during peak hours. this was quickly resolved by the professional and amicable staff.

During our recent stay at Es Raco D'Arta, we were blown away by the tranquil and harmonious setting. The beautifully landscaped property, adorned with olive trees and creeping rosemary, created a serene atmosphere. Our room, Caseta #19, was an absolute dream, with an outdoor living space that featured an olive tree, pergola, outdoor bed. It was the perfect space to unwind and relax. The main pool area was equally stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Llevant mountains and the castle in Artà. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations with its wonderful cuisine. From start to finish, our stay was flawless, and we rate it a perfect 10/10.

There's really nothing we didn't like about our stay at Es Raco D'Arta. It was an all-around perfect experience.
