This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from two different metro lines along Gran Via, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are great. The rooms are spacious and include an excellent kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. The double bed is comfortable, and some rooms even have fabulous views towards the palace. The highlight for me was the reaaaallly long tub in the bathroom, great for a relaxing soak. Additionally, breakfast is served, ensuring a great start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in the heart of Madrid. The value for money was exceptional, and our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, just steps away from Plaza de España and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff at Espahotel Gran Via were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Espahotel Gran Via for a shopping trip and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas, tours, and nightlife. Ana, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and always had a cheerful attitude. Despite the old radio, it played really nice music that made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Espahotel Gran Via for a few nights. The location is perfect, very central, and there isn't much noise to disturb your sleep. The rooms are quite warm and comfortable, with a great view of Gran Via. The hotel is conveniently located near Plaza Espana and popular tourist attractions, with easy access to transportation via the nearby metro station. The staff is nice and helpful, and the cost performance is high. I highly recommend this hotel.

Espahotel Gran Via had friendly staff, a 24-hour reception, and a hidden mini-kitchen with a microwave, perfect for making hot drinks. the restaurant offered reasonably priced meals, and the location made it easy to reach all the sights including using the free bus 001. Highly recommended!

During Christmas, I stayed in a hotel in the central area of the city. the hotel was conveniently located close to main public transport services and offered nice breakfast. the sound insulation was excellent which helped me stay relaxed after wandering through the busy streets of the city. the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The elevator was rather slow and the street noise could be heard despite the sound insulation provided. Unfortunately, there were minimal noise cancellation features in the room which made it difficult to concentrate.

Title: Amazing location, tiny rooms! The location is great, so I can explore the city easily. The rooms are wonderfully small, perfect for feeling cramped and claustrophobic.

I just love when my personal space is limited to the point of discomfort. So cozy!
