We stayed at Hotel Europa for a weekend getaway. The reception staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early and assisting with our luggage. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a small balcony that had a great view. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore on foot. The value for money was excellent. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel with a beautiful view from our room's balcony. The staff were friendly and multilingual, making us feel welcome right from the start. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional and it was evident that the staff put great effort into maintaining a spotless environment. The convenient access to the metro and a plethora of bars and restaurants in the vicinity made exploring the city a breeze. Wifi was not working during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and welcoming staff.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city. Metro station right at the doorstep for easy access to other areas. Best aspect was the modern bathroom in the room.

Hotel staff seemed reserved and not very friendly. Room amenities were lacking, no tea or coffee or cups provided.

We stayed at Europa for a few nights and had a great time. The location is fantastic, right on Puerta del Sol with easy access to the metro and plenty of nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the views from our bedroom and had a nice meal at the restaurant next door. a great central hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here before and will do so again if we're in the area. Nice hotel, right on the bustling Puerta del Sol. Metro station is right there for easy access. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to museums, Plaza Mayor, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Staying here was a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city and it was so easy to get around using the nearby rail transit stop. The service was amazing, from the friendly staff at the reception desk to the helpful housekeepers, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top-notch with modern amenities like Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. The in-room dining options were impressive, and the restaurant on site served delicious meals. Jorge the waiter was especially accommodating and made my dining experience memorable.
