During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and modern rooms at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location of the hotel, being just off the motorway, made it a convenient stopover for my holiday travels.

While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a couple of aspects that were less than ideal. the beds were incredibly hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Although the underground garage was secure, the spaces were fairly compact, making it difficult to park our car. the ramp leading in and out was steep and tight, causing some problems for larger vehicles.
