There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay in this city and truly enjoyed my time at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall facilities were impressive. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance of major attractions and shops, including the wonderful cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in the area. Moreover, the breakfast offered a great selection and the hotel took extra precautions to prevent the spread of germs.

Eurostars Gran Via provided excellent service during our stay. When we had trouble finding parking, the staff quickly arranged wallet parking nearby. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, with a separate shower and bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooftop bar offered great drinks and stunning views. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The noise level from the street outside, especially during the New Year's celebrations. the room wasn't soundproofed enough to keep out the noise.

This hotel was simply luxurious! the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs. the spa and wellness center was top, notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, body scrub. We felt pampered and rejuvenated. the room advantages were exceptional, with private facilities, in, room breakfast, and a snack bar.

We only had one minor issue. While the restaurant had delicious meals, the bar/lounge area lacked a bit of atmosphere.
