As a tourist, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It's just a short 10-minute walk to Cala Major beach, and even though it's slightly uphill on the way back, it's the perfect distance to enjoy both the beach and the city. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, especially since we had requested a baby cot and were given a bigger room with an extra single bed. The double bed was massive and extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning made it easy to adjust the room to a perfect temperature. The breakfast served at the hotel was lovely, and the staff throughout the hotel, from reception to breakfast and the pool bar, were informative, helpful, and outstanding in their service.

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, but it is very close to a bus stop with direct connections to the city center of Palma. We took a taxi to the city center and found some of the best restaurants there. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of having parking available and being just a short distance from Cala Major beach. this hotel offered a great experience for us.

it was quite challenging to find the entrance to the hotel as there was no sign. we were a bit surprised that our room did not have any hot drink making facilities, such as a kettle and cups.

Had a blast here for Easter holidays! Two thumbs up for the stunning view of the sea from our well-equipped and spacious room, and the wide range of fresh breakfast foods that we enjoyed every morning. Also appreciated the free Wi-Fi we had access to throughout the hotel.

The only downside to our otherwise great stay was that the pool and café were closed due to the season. Nonetheless, there's plenty around to do and see since there's a bus stop nearby that easily links you to the sights and breath-taking beaches in the area.

pool opening time is too late

We were initially disappointed to learn that the pool was out of service during our stay. However, the staff went above and beyond to make it up to us by offering us a complimentary drink at the bar while we waited for our room. The level of customer service was exceptional, and despite this setback, we still had a great stay at Eurostars. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was delicious, especially the sweet cakes. The hotel's location was convenient, with nice restaurants, shops, and salons nearby. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and pleasant stay.
