During my stay, I loved the hotel's location opposite the bullring, as it provided a unique experience of the local fiesta for the bull running. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service that you usually only find in more upscale establishments. I was made very comfortable and had no complaints.

exe cuenca exceeded my expectations during valentine's day. their exceptional staff, cleanliness, and convenient location near the cinema and shopping mall made our stay enjoyable. the receptionists were helpful and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless.

The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area, close to the historical area of the city. It is easy to reach tourist sights by car. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good, with a variety of options available. Additionally, there is a free minibar in the rooms and a big shopping center just across the road for convenience.

The hotel lacks certain amenities expected by leisure travelers, such as a bar, restaurant, and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel was also located close to a shopping mall and a gas station with a supermarket which was quite convenient. the room was clean with decent amenities, and the minibar soft drinks were free which was a nice touch. the fitness area was a bonus and the breakfast was good enough for the price.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the historical center and it took some time to get there by bus. the hammam in the basement was a bit of a letdown - it took over an hour to reach the warm temperature, and the showers had broken temperature regulators.

The location was a bit outside the old town, but it was easily accessible and offered great value for the price. The hotel was modern, clean, and had ample parking. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a well-stocked mini bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of Spanish favorites. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Cuenca.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Cuenca. The location was perfect, situated in the outskirts of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe for my belongings. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a big plus. the service and comfort provided here were top-notch.

No negative aspects to mention, I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.
