I absolutely loved the spacious and well-maintained rooms at this hotel. The daily cleaning service made sure everything was spotless. The facilities for disabled guests were also appreciated. One minor drawback was the early closing lounge bar, but the staff at the bar on the promenade made up for it with their great service. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Sercotel.

Great location near beach and city center. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel facilities were also excellent with plenty of amenities and services available at reasonable prices.

The room was small, dark, and outdated. the air conditioning was barely functional, making for a very uncomfortable stay in the heat.

The hotel is conveniently located by the beach, with a SuperDino market next door. The staff is friendly and the room offers a sea view. The breakfast is enjoyable and the gym is well-equipped.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the traffic-free promenade. Being right above the beach promenade, I had easy access to the beautiful sandy beach. The service was impeccable, with room service available 24 hours a day and a helpful and friendly staff at my disposal. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and even a night club for some evening entertainment. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace for enjoying the stunning views. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location right on the beautiful Las Canteras beach, offering stunning sea views. Guests can enjoy direct access to the beach and take leisurely walks along the Passeo de las Canteras, lined with shops and restaurants.

Some of the staff members were reported to be rude and unhelpful towards guests.

Even if we had stayed in our original room, the hotel offers a rooftop area with the same stunning view. the location was ideal for a holiday, and the hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable lobby seating. our experience at Sercotel was wonderful.

Absolutely nothing.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful and clean hotel in an ideal location. the staff were always friendly and happy, and the comfortable bed and fantastic wet room were highlights. Although the view from our window was a brick wall and there was no balcony, we would still stay here again. the seating in the reception could be improved for people with back problems. But overall, our experience at Sercotel was excellent.
