The hotel's excellent position allowed me to easily explore the city center and visit attractions like the Prado and the Royal Palace. Despite some noise from outside and the hallway, I found the overall experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the subway, shops, and theaters. The room was spacious and had modern furniture, including a comfortable, large bed. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. as vegetarians and vegans, we really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be accommodating to our dietary preferences.

The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of the city. We could easily walk to tourist attractions and landmarks nearby, which gave us more time to explore. the staff was friendly and accommodating and offered us two complementary services that we appreciated.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the walls were thin and allowed noise to travel from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep soundly.
