We were impressed by the beautiful building and the helpful staff at the Fairmont hotel. The room was large and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The restaurant and bar were excellent, although a bit pricey as expected in a 5-star hotel. The hotel's location within walking distance to the University campus was convenient.

The service was outstanding and really made our holiday enjoyable. We especially appreciated the warm and welcoming check-in process, as well as the attentive concierge. The pools were our favorite spot in the hotel, and we got some great recommendations on where to go out in the evenings. we were impressed by the spacious and comfortable room.

The bar was a bit overpriced, which is probably expected considering the business clientele. We didn't realize we needed to wear a swimming hat in the spa, and the staff could have been clearer about this rule before we entered the pool.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was not very close to the touristy areas or city center, but it had a convenient location in terms of traffic. It was about a 15-minute drive away from all the fun in the city center. The hotel was situated on beautiful grounds, providing a tranquil atmosphere away from the crowds. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a classic and formal style. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The view from the hotel was stunning, with amazing views of the city in the distance.

I did experience some issues with the shower drainage, as the water pooled on the bottom and occasionally spilled onto the floor.

Everything great

This hotel provided an exceptional luxurious experience. We were pleased with the range of private facilities at our disposal, from the wellness centre with Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath to the impressive garden area. The food served in both the restaurant and bar/lounge area is exquisite, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of continental dishes.

We encountered only one minor issue during our stay. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance at the time of our visit, which was slightly disappointing given the hot weather.
