The hosts were super nice and gave us awesome tips for exploring the city. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the shower was fixed quickly when we had a little issue. The location was perfect, close to everything but on a quiet street next to a cute pedestrian area full of bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when we had a key stolen the host immediately brought us a new one. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the apartment being clean and tidy upon arrival. The hotel facilities were excellent, with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in the heart of the city was a huge plus, as it was very close to the metro station and within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. The staff, particularly Sergio and Miguel, were very friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We stayed at Floridablanca apartment for a week and it was great! The location was perfect, with two metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. There were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped. We especially loved having two bathrooms, which was a convenient feature. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and quickly resolving any issues that arose. it was a beautiful and clean apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was very close to the Plaza of Spain with beautiful singing fountains. it was near metro and bus stations, which made it convenient for exploring the city. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area, and the apartment was also near several popular tourist attractions.

One negative aspect of the apartment was the poor customer service. There were instances where guests were unable to contact the staff, and there was a lack of responsiveness to issues such as water leaks and the lack of hot water.
