The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was situated in the center of town, close to all the highlights of Toledo. The rooms were well-appointed and had excellent amenities, such as comfortable beds and free WiFi. The bathroom was clean and modern, providing a pleasant experience. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast, although slightly overpriced, offered a decent selection of food.

The bar service was lacking, with a shortage of staff, making it difficult to get a drink.

We were pleasantly surprised by the elegant and cosy ambiance of this boutique hotel. Our room on the first floor was spacious and beautifully designed, with big windows and a small balcony overlooking a quiet plaza. The spa was a highlight, with its relaxing atmosphere and excellent massage. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for its excellent value and central location.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were truly luxurious, such as the health club and beauty treatments which fulfilled all of our needs. the location advantages were also outstanding, situated in the heart of the old city. the staff was extremely friendly and efficient, providing superb service at the spa and wellness center. the bar/ lounge area was a pleasant surprise for a relaxing evening.

The parking was a minor issue, but not a deal breaker. the public garage was a slight challenge to find, yet the hotel staff was helpful in providing directions.

Spent New Year's at a lovely boutique hotel that was pleasingly decorated in an old-fashioned yet elegant style. We appreciated the complementary champagne and fruit basket in our room upon arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, and the free Wi-Fi was an added bonus. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the spacious bathroom with its amenities.
