The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We were greeted with fresh lilies in the lobby and enjoyed breathtaking views of the sea and gardens from our cozy and clean room. the amenities, such as the sea-facing gym, spa, tennis court, and mini-golf course, added to our enjoyable stay. the staff were well spoken and extremely helpful throughout our trip.

This venue is a luxurious paradise with exceptional service. the amenities were top-notch, including the beautiful garden areas and relaxing pools. the breakfast buffet was abundant and satisfying, and the private facilities were exclusive and convenient.

The only minor issue we encountered was a lack of hanging space in the rooms, which made it difficult to organize clothes for two people. despite this small inconvenience, the rooms were still stunning and comfortable with all the exclusive advantages.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach and beautiful gardens. the historic nature of the building adds to the experience, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room lacked character and felt outdated compared to other 5-star hotels. the food options, especially the restaurants, were overpriced and did not meet our expectations.

The hotel was in a beautiful location with stunning gardens and a superb pool area. the service and food were excellent, especially the fresh fruit at breakfast and the lobster on the evening buffet. the upgrade to a suite was amazing, and we enjoyed using the beach cabanas. it was a perfect wedding venue and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was quite remote and required a 20-minute drive to Puerto Pollenca. There were no shops nearby and the restaurants in the area were overpriced.

As a tourist, I loved the peaceful and secluded location of Formentor. The beach with crystal clear water and various watersports options was a highlight. The hotel's old-world charm and beautiful gardens made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The buffet meals were a pleasant surprise, with fresh and delicious options every night. The facilities, including the pool, gym, and tennis courts, provided plenty of opportunities for relaxation and activity.

The rooms definitely need some updating as they felt a bit old-fashioned and basic. The lighting in the hallways and bathroom was very unflattering, which was a bit disappointing.
