This hotel has an amazing location with stunning views of the mountains. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the ski lift, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. Cons: I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the mountains.

Wonderful service and prime location overlooking mountains. Highly recommend. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location with nearby bars and restaurants. Good breakfast and convenient shuttle service.

The hotel's rooms were spacious and had amazing mountain views. the spa was lovely and perfect for relaxation. the restaurant offered great Spanish food. the location was great for hiking during the summer and the hotel offered a free transfer service to the main attraction.

The staff lacked English skills which sometimes made communication difficult. the shuttle bus service to the ski station was not great and we had to wait for long periods, but thankfully the town bus service was available as an alternative.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the ski lift on demand, ensuring easy access to the slopes. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well-appointed. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel also has a spa with a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area for ultimate relaxation.

Some guests had difficulty communicating with the staff due to the language barrier.

A fantastic hotel located in a charming ski village with breathtaking mountain views. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The in-house restaurant offers delicious dinner options, and the buffet in the evening is excellent. They even have a dedicated room for bicycles, allowing you to clean and secure them. I regret not being able to experience their Spa, but I'm sure it's just as amazing.
