The hotel meets price expectation. Great location near bars, restaurants, and beach. Multiple pools, including a warm one. Room size is adequate, with a main room plus a small room for kids. Enjoyed evening activities and the helpfulness of reception staff.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the market in Teguise and close to restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly in all areas and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the pool. The bathroom was modern and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the two pools and the poolside bar. it was a great experience.

That the dining experience lacked ambience.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with comfortable furniture and bedding. We stayed in a Junior suite with 2 bedrooms, and it exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-equipped kitchen to the extra pillows and blankets provided. The hotel's location right on the coast in a lovely area with plenty of restaurants nearby was a major plus. Additionally, having breakfast included was a convenient and enjoyable perk.

Lovely and relaxed. Our room was clean and overlooked the pool. Excellent location for walking and many places to choose from for eating. The staff were always friendly and made you feel very welcome.

On arrival, we had requested a room for three adults, but were given a room with two single beds. However, the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided a camp bed, although it wasn't ideal.

Nothing to fault.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, just steps away from the beautiful Playa Jabillo beach. It made it so easy for us to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea whenever we wanted. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a variety of food outlets meant that we had plenty of dining options within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket right across the road from the hotel's reception. It made it easy for us to stock up on any essentials we needed during our stay. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Not obvious to find.

The karaoke nights and the nearby casino were right up our alley. Great facilities for people who love karaoke and casinos!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff working hard to keep everything pristine. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious and comfortable apartments with their own sun terrace. The location was perfect, right by a beautiful beach with turquoise waters and some fantastic ocean view restaurants nearby. The staff, especially the Italian lady at the reception, were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Almost perfect. Only minor issues, such as slightly uncomfortable beds, but the staff were quick to address the problem and change the mattresses.

The hotel had a great location for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the pool was a nice feature and perfect for cooling off after a long day of sightseeing. the room was also quite spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.

The room was not cleaned to a high standard, as we found several dirty items left behind from previous guests. the noise level from the nearby street made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel facilities were great, with a choice of 4 pools and a spacious suite. The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options.
