The social areas at the hostel were really nice and had a great atmosphere. It was easy to meet and connect with other travelers. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the free tea and breakfast provided a nice start to the day. And the location was very convenient, situated in a historic area with easy access to bars and important places, as well as being close to a metro station.

There were not enough shower facilities at the hostel, and on top of that, the light in the shower area sometimes switched off, which was quite inconvenient. Another downside was that the ground shook when the metro passed by, making it a bit noisy.

The showers were nice, the building was comfortable, the beds were comfy, the staff were helpful. Great area with lots to do nearby. Nice kitchen and common areas.

I recently stayed at Ganbara Hostel in Bilbao for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Josan, were incredibly friendly and gave me excellent recommendations for my itinerary. The location of the hostel was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and the metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and blankets. The common areas were spacious and a great place to relax. The breakfast provided was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. it was great value for money and I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the city.

Almost perfect 😊. the rooms could be cleaned more frequently and some guests didn't seem to respect the common spaces as much as they should.

the staff, especially the girl who is going to Hungary or Finland, went above and beyond to take care of my check-in and give me recommendations. the free breakfast was basic but sufficient, and the beds were comfortable. the toilet and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained. the hostel also had clear directions from the airport, a clean kitchen to use, and a convenient location within walking distance of museums and the city center. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were given a 4-bed dormitory instead of the expected 8-bed option, providing us with more space and comfort. the hostel had various common areas for relaxing and socializing, and the WiFi was strong. the breakfast offered a good selection of options, and the staff provided a helpful city map and were knowledgeable about getting around. the dorm room layout was well-designed, and the lockers were easily accessible. the shower had good water pressure, and there was a small dressing area.

The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location was perfect, being close to the central station, old town, and a big food market by the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The wifi connection was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hostels.
