Quaint place, a bit outdated but clean. Friendly, knowledgeable staff made us feel welcome. Continental breakfast abundant and fresh. We lingered for 2 nights but would happily stay longer. Convenient location near beach, restaurants, and town. Perfect base for exploring.

Our stay at Serawa was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate us. We were initially assigned a room with a sewage smell, but the issue was quickly resolved with a room change. Although the hotel is still undergoing renovations, it did not impede our enjoyment of the facilities. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! Loved the spacious and well-lit rooms with lovely balconies. Location was perfect with several restaurants, shops, and beaches close by. the breakfast was continental but delicious and of good quality. Staff was friendly and provided great service. Enjoyed the easy access and stunning views of the sea from the bar/restaurant.

The hotel was lacking in some areas, such as the pool which needed some maintenance and more shade for guests. the grounds could also do with a spruce-up, although the hotel was clean overall.
