The modern hotel, excellent food, spacious luxurious suite with outside terrace and jacuzzi, amazing staff, good evening entertainment.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. I especially enjoyed the different swimming pools for different ages and activities. the views from the top floor were also breathtaking.

The poor wifi connection at the pool area. It was hard to get any work done with the slow connection and many people trying to connect.

wonderful stay, surpassed expectations in Costa Adeje. Gf Victoria had excellent service, amazing amenities for kids, and a great location near the beach and shopping center.

Limited options for adults at kids buffet.

The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Oksana at the front desk. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was fresh and appetizing. The hotel offered a variety of activities for different age groups.

our one-night stay at the hotel in costa adeje was incredible. the suite was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. the staff went above and beyond, with daily snacks delivered to the room and a lovely apology gift when our ac wasn't working. the evening entertainment was great for the whole family.

Service at the pool bars was poor.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated very close to the market, allowing us to easily explore and experience the local culture. We also found a charming tapas restaurant nearby, where we enjoyed delicious meals. In comparison to the local restaurants, the hotel's breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients. Moreover, the room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were disappointed by the limited availability of some amenities mentioned in the hotel's features, such as the surf pool and adventure zone.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center, close to the beach, and in front of a luxury shopping mall. Despite its location, it is not busy or loud. The breakfast is amazing, with a massive staff and a wide variety of food options. The staff is kind and attentive.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in Tenerife, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was out of this world, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also had a stunning view from my room, which added to the overall experience. The facilities, such as the multiple pools and play rooms, were fantastic, and my child had a blast.

The hotel also offers great facilities for families with children, including heated pools and a fantastic kids area. The location is perfect, with beaches and a shopping mall nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tenerife.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is always clean and the team works hard to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. There are great facilities for kids, including an aqua park and various activities. The building itself is magnificent, with everything being brand new.

Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the sunbeds were always available and the pool food/drink service was excellent. the staff were incredibly helpful, and the heated pools were perfect for our family. the kids club and playroom were fantastic for keeping the children entertained.

The only minor issue we encountered was the vast number of people during breakfast, which made the experience quite noisy. we discovered the adults-only section on the last day, so this may have been resolved if we knew of this earlier.
