Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, und eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes ist problemlos möglich.

Das WLAN im Business Zimmer war extrem langsam und funktionierte manchmal gar nicht.

The hotel is located in a back street of the quiet Fenals district, away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort. There isn't much entertainment going on in the area, making it a peaceful retreat for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views of the pool area. The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a choice between a bath with a shower over or a large walk-in shower. The staff are friendly and efficient, always willing to help. The breakfast and evening meals have a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel does not have good WiFi connectivity, which may be a drawback for those who rely on it for internet access.

Our stay at Ght Aquarium & Spa was fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the maids doing a great job. The food offered at the hotel was also excellent, always providing a variety of options that catered to everyone's taste. The pool area was well-maintained and we never had trouble finding a sunbed. The location of the hotel was convenient, with Fenals beach just a short walk away. I had a great experience at Ght Aquarium & Spa and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools and the food was tasty, with a good variety. the staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel was located within walking distance to the beach and shops.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with loud guests and noise from the street at all hours of the night. the hotel could benefit from some updates and maintenance, as some sun loungers were torn and some equipment, like the massage chair, were out of order.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location in a quiet area of the resort was perfect for us. We were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The service was top-notch, with room service and car hire available. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the bell staff/porter were always ready to help us with our bags. We also appreciated the on-site medical facilities and laundry services. And the tours/ticket assistance was a great help in planning our outings.

The hotel had excellent on-site facilities including a free spa and outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a nice shower in the bathrooms. The live cooking grill chef was exceptional and went out of his way to provide great food and service.

Felt very lucky, no complaints whatsoever.
