We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the central location to the friendly staff. We were only a short walk away from everything, including the beautiful sea and the vibrant city center. The service provided by the bell staff and the housekeeping team was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, from an indoor and outdoor swimming pool to a jacuzzi and sun terrace. We also loved the entertainment options, with something fun happening every night. The free Wi-Fi made it easy for us to stay connected, and the luggage storage was very convenient. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Our stay at Golden Avenida was absolutely fantastic! The staff, including the lovely manager Ana, went above and beyond to accommodate our allergies and dietary needs. The hotel's amenities were perfect for families, with parks and a soft play area for toddlers, as well as multiple pools suited for young ones. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby attractions and only a short walk to the beach. Our suite was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the daily housekeeping ensured our comfort throughout our stay.

The friendly staff at the bar area were like old friends, even during busy periods. The pools were great, especially for kids, with a shallow toddler pool and a quieter indoor pool option. The All Inclusive option provided a wide variety of food choices. The rooms were cleaned daily and had balconies.

The night entertainment could have started earlier for the kids.

We had a fantastic family stay at Golden Avenida. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel like old friends. The hotel itself was modern and spotlessly clean, with excellent entertainment for children. Special shout outs to Max and Jesus from the entertainment team, who worked tirelessly to keep everyone happy and engaged. And let's not forget Edgar, the dancing bar man, who entertained us all evening long. The location was also ideal, just a short stroll to the main strip and beach. The pools were great, especially the shallow toddler pool, and there were even indoor options for those seeking a quieter space. The soft play area and play parks were a hit with my almost 2-year-old, and the nightly kids' entertainment was a blast for the whole family. The all-inclusive option offered a wide variety of food choices, although the hot food could have been hotter. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff kept our room clean with fresh towels every day. a highly recommended hotel that truly caters to families.

The hotel had great facilities to keep the kids entertained, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The pool area was very lively and clean, and there were plenty of fun activities for the children. The breakfast was very good and offered a variety of options to keep all the family satisfied. The location was perfect, with the beach and town within walking distance, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area.

The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired, as the sofas and bathtub were not as clean as expected. However, the staff were always on hand to help with any issues or concerns that arose, making our stay enjoyable overall.
