The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station, making it easy to catch a bus to the neighboring town of Lloret for only 4 euros return. the hotel has a main restaurant as well as a separate area specifically for cereal, ensuring easy access to milk for breakfast.

Some staff members at the front desk were reported to be rude during check-in.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch and the pool was absolutely fantastic. I loved that there was no need to rush to get a sunbed, no matter what nationality you were. Plus, I must mention the great view from our room. It was clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. We didn't get a chance to use the swimming pools, but they looked really inviting. The hotel also offered a wide range of activities to keep guests entertained, including evening shows at the bar.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the buffet which had many options for every type of taste. the location was perfect, with many nearby attractions and beautiful scenery. the hot tub and pool area was very relaxing and peaceful, making for a great vacation vibe.

The staff was not very communicative or friendly, which made it difficult to get recommendations about the area. the room we stayed in was quite noisy and not conducive to relaxation.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in the lovely area of Tossa de Mar. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the entertainment area, with evening shows and great kids' entertainment throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the view from the pool area was breathtaking.

There were a few areas for improvement. In some areas, we noticed that quite a few people were slipping, including myself.
