We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The food at the buffet was excellent, with plenty of options for everyone. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Javier in the restaurant who made our dining experience extra special. We also appreciated the accommodation of my food intolerance and the provision of soya milk. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing by them. We even took advantage of the easy access to Barcelona for a day trip. we had a fantastic time and can't wait to return to this fabulous hotel.

I had an amazing family holiday at Golden! The family suites were fantastic, and the rooms were always spotless with fresh towels every day. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were impeccable and truly made us feel welcome. The pool and activities were brilliant, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. Despite a few minor hiccups like sound from the hallways and lack of plates in the apartment, the overall cleanliness and excellent service outweighed any drawbacks. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic family holiday.

The two bars in the hotel offer a variety of drinks to choose from, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the hotel provides activities for young children, ensuring they have an enjoyable stay.

The noise level from other guests can disturb light sleepers, affecting the overall quality of rest.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was so close to the town center and all the restaurants and shops. The beach was just a short walk away, making it really convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand. The staff at the restaurant were amazing, especially Jarvia and Janine, who provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options and the food was delicious. We also loved the amenities in the room, including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and the comfortable sitting area. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to families.

The staff were mind-blowingly amazing! Super helpful and friendly, they assisted with everything we needed. The bar staff near the pool were jaw-droppingly lovely. The shows were unexpectedly fantastic and we ended up staying in just to watch them. The food had a good variety and the animation team kept us entertained. Our hotel room was allocated as requested and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The dining hours were flexible and they even accommodated us when we missed dinner. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The facilities were great, with multiple swimming pools to choose from. The activities for children were fantastic, and the head chef provided informative and helpful tips. Definitely returning for another fabulous trip!

Smoking allowed outside the bar area and on balconies, making it unpleasant for non-smokers. Some guests reserved pool chairs early and didn’t use them until later.

The food was excellent, with a good variety of fresh, cooked-to-order options. The staff in the restaurant and bars were friendly and helpful. Daytime entertainment was enjoyable and there was always something happening. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available.

One major issue was the early morning sunbed reservation. People were reserving sunbeds in the early hours of the morning, leaving many guests unable to find a sunbed later in the day.

The rooms were clean and well-managed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close enough to the beach and not far from Salou center. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food.
