The pool and bar staff, especially Lyvia, were absolutely fantastic and made our stay unforgettable. The pool areas and grounds were stunning, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The facilities were never overcrowded, with ample space around the pools and available tables in the restaurants. The staff was consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We had a truly relaxing holiday and will definitely return in the future.

The location of this hotel was ideal for a relaxing Christmas getaway. It is situated in a quiet area where you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Getting to the city center is easy enough if you want to explore. the hotel itself was beautifully presented with nice facilities, including a gym and a fantastic spa. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great beds and excellent acoustic insulation.

One downside of this hotel was the inconsistency in service. This inconsistency was evident in the lack of welcome drink and the failure to provide the tapas and discount included in their package.

This hotel is located on a hill with stunning views of the sea and port. The breakfast plaza offers a wide variety of delicious options, with a fabulous array of food to choose from. The rooms are lovely, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful bathrooms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as two outdoor pools, zumba and yoga classes, and tennis courts.

The location is a bit remote, requiring a taxi ride into the town.

I had a fantastic time during my recent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spa, which had a variety of saunas, steam rooms, and rain showers. The pool and outside jacuzzi were also great for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of smoothies, fresh fruit, and a beautifully presented spread. The staff at the breakfast station were friendly and cooked my eggs to perfection. Eugene at reception was a gem, recommending incredible restaurants in Palma every night. The live music in the evening added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The location, though residential, provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma.

Surrounded by cute streets and gardens, the hotel has great facilities like tennis courts and pools. The spa area is lovely. The lobby is welcoming with a 24-hour service. The outdoor pools are spacious and the gardens are beautiful.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled all of our needs. We were impressed by the exceptional Spa & wellness centre, which offered a delightful range of massages and facial treatments. the outdoor swimming pool with its beautiful garden area and sun loungers provided a serene environment for relaxation.

Our only criticism is that the indoor swimming pool and sauna could have been cleaner. this minor issue did not significantly affect our overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with well-maintained communal areas, a fantastic harbor view, and a clean and inviting pool area with plenty of sun loungers. the breakfast served is splendid, with a wide variety of delicious options. the strategic location of this hotel made it convenient for us to access key areas of interest in the city.

We found that the evening meals were overpriced and not worth the cost. For example, a simple barbeque option came at an exorbitant price that could have been fair and reasonable if it were at a lower price.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection is excellent, and the hotel has beautiful pools and gardens with great views. The spacious rooms are perfect for guests with disabilities. The hotel is easily accessible, with a 1.5 Euro bus ride into Palma every 20 minutes or a taxi for 6-8 Euros.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, especially two elderly gentlemen at the reception, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, cozy, and kept clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and luxurious sun loungers set in tranquil gardens. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to cater to our needs.
