I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Bilbao and had a great experience. The location was superb, especially if you're arriving on the ferry from the UK. It's conveniently close to the main route from the port. I loved that it was just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town, which is filled with bars and restaurants. The area has a vibrant atmosphere that adds to the overall buzz. What stood out the most was the excellent staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel special. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the old town and city centre, which was incredibly convenient. The large bedrooms were well-equipped and had ample toiletries. a modern hotel with plenty of amenities and a great location.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was massive, with a separate shower and bathtub. I also appreciated the reasonably priced bar, where I enjoyed a glass of wine for only €2.50.

The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way and difficult to navigate, especially for someone unfamiliar with the area. It took me quite some time to find the correct exit from the roundabouts, wasting about an hour of my time.

We recently stayed at Hotel Gran in Bilbao for a family trip. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was huge. The modern hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find with its own parking, and the bar in the reception area was a nice touch. The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the location was ideal, with a bus stop right in front and walking distance to the old town. A definite recommendation when traveling to Bilbao, as long as you have a car.

We recently enjoyed our city break, where we had the most excellent service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and provided great advice about places to visit. the breakfast was another highlight, with a wide range of delicious options that kept us full until late in the afternoon. we loved the location, as it was close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Regrettably, the air conditioning in our room was subpar, which led to warm nights and discomfort while sleeping. the room was smaller than we expected, making it challenging to unpack and move around.

This hotel is situated in a quiet area, allowing us to have a regenerating sleep. It is located at the top of a big hill, offering beautiful views. The staff on reception desk were very helpful, giving us very useful directions. They really understand the meaning of customer service and seem highly motivated to provide it. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The restaurant served a buffet breakfast that had plenty of options and good quality food.

The hotel is not that convenient, as it is located on top of a hill.

The breakfast at the hotel was perfect, with a wide selection of hot and cold food nicely presented. The location of the hotel was also excellent, just across the bridge to the pedestrian shopping area and close to the nearest tram stop.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel that is cleverly decorated, very clean and pleasant. Its location is great as it is near a beautiful bridge which I walked around in the quiet of the morning hours, and it is very close to the city centre. The staff were all friendly and provided impeccable service. The breakfast was fantastic and worth every penny. The room was spacious and had a lovely Nespresso coffee machine that we used every day.

The walls were quite thin, so I could hear some noises that came from the neighboring rooms.

We always enjoy staying at this venue on our way home from Spain. The location is perfect for driving, with easy access to the major roads. Also, it's within walking distance to Old Town and attractions, but still in a quiet district. Plus, the staff really knows what customer service is, and seem highly motivated to do so.
