We loved staying here as it was right in the heart of the city centre with everything close by. The room service was fantastic and all the staff were really friendly. The bar had a great atmosphere and the buffet breakfast was wonderful with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

We had a great city trip and enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea in the room. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the bustling city center and all its attractions. we appreciated having a hairdryer in the room.

Our room was really hot when we arrived due to the radiator left on full blast. the bed was not very comfortable and we rolled into the middle.

Conveniently located in the city center near public parking. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast and excellent dinner at the on-site restaurant. Pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff who accommodated my request for a room with beautiful views. The well-scented corridors created a cozy atmosphere. good value for money.

We had a great stay in this hotel, which is located right in the centre of the city. The location made it very convenient for us to explore all the attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The hotel also offered easily-accessible on-site parking, which was a huge plus for us. Across the street, there was a famous pastry shop called Camila De Blas, where we enjoyed some delicious treats.

The noise from other guests in the hallways was a bit disturbing at times.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the old town and just steps away from the cathedral. Additionally, there was a famous pastry shop right across the street that I couldn't resist visiting. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room I stayed in was spacious and had a great view of the hills. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always providing excellent service with a smile.

Everything in this hotel was exactly what I needed and wanted.
