The staff were highly trained and friendly to all guests. The pool and spa area were a highlight, especially the outdoor pool with stunning views. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The location, reception and restaurant staff were all excellent. The room was spacious and the shower was very comfortable. The hotel offered a free shuttle service three times a day, which was highly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality. the facilities and amenities were top-notch.

Being able to see the entire city and the beautiful sunset from our room was a highlight of our trip. the location of the hotel was also perfect, offering a peaceful getaway from the busy city. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.

One downside was the limited shuttle service to the city. With only 7 spaces available, it was difficult to secure a spot, especially in the mornings when everyone was heading down to see the city or checking out.

I had a fantastic stay at Gran Hotel La Florida G.L Monumento. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of both the city and the ocean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the jacuzzi and saunas, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its magnificent views and excellent amenities.

I recently stayed at Gran Hotel La Florida and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. My room had a breathtaking view and was equipped with all the amenities I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to come back to a turndown service that included information on sunrise and sunset, as well as weather for the next day. The pool area and spa were lovely, and while the drinks were a bit pricey, they were delicious and expertly made. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Gran Hotel La Florida to other travelers.

I recently stayed at Gran Hotel La Florida and it quickly became one of my favorite 5* hotels. The staff went above and beyond for my boyfriend's birthday, surprising us with a bottle of cava and cake in our room. The views from the hotel were absolutely spectacular and the interior design was elegant. The staff were amazing and the facilities were fantastic. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending this hotel to everyone I know!
