I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Despite the hotel's upscale reputation, my room lacked basic amenities, such as a kettle for hot drinks and an iron, which should be standard for the price. Additionally, I was taken aback by the breakfast quality. the fruit presented was not hygienically prepared, and I was concerned about health risks. Overall, these oversights detracted significantly from my experience.

During my stay, I enjoyed the vibrant beach atmosphere just steps away from my room. The location offered easy access to local dining options, which proved delightful after long days of exploring. I found myself reflecting on the beauty around me, much appreciated by a single traveler like myself. One highlight was discovering a cozy pizzeria nearby that became my go-to for a late-night snack.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The hotel's terrace is a great spot overlooking the beach, ideal for enjoying drinks and soaking up views.

Our experience was truly wonderful, with friendly staff who provided exceptional service, especially with our luggage. The hotel is beautifully located on the beach, making it a perfect getaway!

Loved the location adjacent to the beautiful Sardinero Beach, which made long walks delightful. The room was cozy with a huge bed, and I appreciated the easy access to dining options nearby. However, I would have liked a kettle for tea and an iron, as those essentials were missing.

Our family enjoyed a spacious top-floor suite with stunning ocean views, which was perfect for us and the grandkids. They loved the easy access to the beach, and we appreciated how the restaurant offered various delicious foods to suit all ages.

My wife says that the coffee selection could be improved.

The location is just perfect , cross the street and boom , you're on the beach. The room had a view of the sea that was just incredible and the bed was huge , I mean who doesn't love a big bed after a long day?

It wasn't the cheapest place around , but honestly , for what you get , it’s acceptable.

It was just a proper fit for a day tour in Santander with all in all brilliant value for money. I enjoyed the modern design of the hotel, and even though the breakfast room wasn't the best, my coffee from the machine was surprisingly good. Make sure to check out the café nearby for a better meal option.

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast. I remember the staff helped me print tickets during my first stay, which was so accommodating. I highly recommend experiencing the lovely terrace. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape.

I had a delightful two-night stay here! The cafeteria meals were surprisingly good, and the comfortable standard double room had ample space for our belongings. One downside was that I wished there had been a kettle for tea. I'd definitely come back!
