This hotel is in a great area of the city, with a subway station directly outside. It made traveling around the city so easy for our family visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good powerful shower. The breakfast provided a continental cold buffet with freshly brewed coffee, which was a great way to start the day.

No major issues, all was ok during our stay.

This hotel was a great choice for my city break. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the nearest metro station. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was much bigger than I expected. the view from my window was amazing, I could see a cultural center right from my room! Plus, everything was very clean.

There were some downsides to staying here. One issue I had was that I could hear my neighbors in the other rooms.

I stayed at Gran Legazpi for a pre-tour addition and they upgraded my room, saving me the hassle of changing rooms. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Legazpi metro with easy access to the airport. The room had a nice view and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There is also a great underground place with concerts, wine, and food nearby.
