The rooms at this hotel were like a sanctuary, with the air conditioning providing a cool oasis from the scorching Madrid heat. It was as if stepping into the room was akin to finding refuge in an iceberg in the middle of a desert. Truly a blessing during the summer months!

I gotta say, the value for my money at this place was great. The room was super comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. Plus, the location was perfect, right near the Royal Palace and all the city attractions. The staff at check-in were friendly and made the process a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The Lotus Opera House was just a one-minute walk from the metro and within walking distance of all the major sights and delicious restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and the shower was nice and hot. We also appreciated the daily restocking of bottled water. The highlight was the friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. The breakfast voucher provided excellent value with coffee, juice, and a traditional Iberian breakfast. The antique elevator added a quirky touch to our stay.

We had a great stay at Lotus Opera House. When we arrived, the elevator was being worked on, but we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff who helped us with our luggage and took us upstairs. Our room was a decent size and had modern, clean amenities, including a renovated bathroom. The windows kept out most of the sound, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the Opera Metro and other attractions nearby. we were impressed with the friendly staff, comfortable room, and convenient location.

The gentleman at the reception was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. It had a nice view and was a quiet room. The central location was right beside Opera and Palace, and there was an incredible old-school lift. Wi-fi was available. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located around the corner from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport.
