The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to a nearby village and coastal rambles. Guests could also take a taxi to a better hotel along the coast. In terms of dining options, guests had access to all the a la carte restaurants and the Red Level. The area where the hotel was located had beautiful views out to La Gomera, providing a great experience. The rooms had great views, and the bathroom was lovely. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had copious food available.

The pools at the hotel needed renovating.

The location of the resort is perfect, situated on a grass verge behind a pathway. The general shop on the premises is quite convenient for any needs. everything about the resort was fantastic, from the spacious rooms to the excellent service provided by the staff. The breakfast spread was delicious and the view was stunning, with the large saltwater pool being a highlight. The resort also had great facilities for both kids and adults, with amazing swimming pools and a nice space for children to play and meet new friends.

Excellent breakfast, infinity pool, perfect location, brilliant wifi signal, perfect views, proximity to beach and playground.

our stay at gran melia was absolutely incredible. the room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning sea view. the resort grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. the breakfast selection was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. we had a perfect engagement and will cherish the memories forever.

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast with a variety of food choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening. Nice amenities and beautiful location.

Clean property, well-staffed, good food. Huge resort, could be busy in summer. Stayed here for Christmas and returned based on service at previous Meliá. All-inclusive option had decent vegan food. Excellent staff with exceptional customer service. Nice location with sea views. Infinity pool is a highlight. Attractive and high-standard facilities.

The facilities were great, with a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. The huge Infinity pool was cold but refreshing, and there were plenty of sunbeds. The staff were friendly and attentive. The all inclusive option had a lot of choice in restaurants and the food was excellent. There were also plenty of drink choices, including cocktails by the pool. The whole property was excellent and there was plenty of room around the resort.

Felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.

the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi were at our disposal. the hotel also had beach access and a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers. the entertainment provided was outstanding, with live performances and music. the restaurant options and buffet breakfast were absolutely fabulous.

The only slight downside was the limited view we had from our room. this was easily overlooked in the grand scheme of things.

Stunning sunset views, delightful breakfast, and luxurious room with attentive cleaning service. the location is also great, offering easy access to nearby attractions like beaches and restaurants.

Limited parking availability and an extra charge for it. the spa was fully booked, and the management didn't provide alternative options.

The salt water infinity pool is worth coming for. Competent and friendly staff, excellent service. Soundproof and spacious rooms. Fabulous bed and bedding. Plenty of space throughout the hotel. Buffet breakfast overlooking the pond is incredible. Some pools are heated.
