The decoration and interior were stunning, with a grand old Spanish style that added a touch of elegance. The little details, like the extensive selection of teas and complimentary items, really made a difference. The location was perfect and the staff were lovely and informative. The pool was a great size with comfortable sunbeds, and the lunch was delicious. a wonderful and stylish hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca.

I had a fantastic stay at Gran Melia in Palma de Mallorca. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the pool and the bay. The room itself was luxurious with a massive bed and electrically operated curtains. The staff were incredibly friendly and there was no language barrier at all. I also enjoyed a champagne breakfast with a breathtaking view of Palma. The pool area was great and the bar/café had a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.
