The location is perfect for families with children, as there is a lovely playground just around the corner from the hotel. the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and is close to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with fully equipped kitchens and washing machines. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The WiFi connection in the hotel is quite unreliable, which can be frustrating for guests who rely on a stable internet connection.

Nothing could have been better.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to two metro stations. The neighborhood was lovely, with plenty of options for dining and shopping. We also appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store and bakery right across the street. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing toys, a cot, and even a high chair for our baby. The secure garage was an added bonus and definitely worth the extra fee.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Mi sono trovato/sono stata davvero bene a Gianluca'S Room. La posizione è ottima, nel centro stesso della città, proprio sulla piazza principale. La camera era spaziosa, con un balcone che offriva una vista fantastica. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Unico difetto è che alcuni rumori provenienti dal cortile interno e dai locali adiacenti potevano disturbare il sonno durante la notte.

Great location! We were only a short walk from popular tourist destinations and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. It was also nice to have a kitchenette in the room with all the necessary cooking equipment.

The front desk was not always staffed and it was frustrating to have to wait for assistance. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and often disconnected.
