servatur exceeded expectations on this stay in la playa de arguineguin. the staff were amazing, providing exceptional service. the location and views were spectacular, making it worth paying extra for a high floor room. overall, a great experience.

This hotel is situated right on the shoreline, providing stunning views of the bay and the nearby attractions in the island. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and balconies facing the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The buffet meals in the restaurant are delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. the rooftop bar and jacuzzi are fantastic additions to the facilities, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

The pool area may be a bit small considering the size of the hotel, but with the beach right next to it, this is not a major drawback.

Great views, large clean pool, neat rooms, close to beach by foot, helpful staff. HB service had varied food, especially enjoyed seafood specialties. Ground floor room had wheelchair access, 3 lifts available. Breakfast included. Staff were lovely, nice fresh breakfast options every day. Basic room with everything needed. Fantastic sea view. Spectacular location, worth paying extra for high floor room with more privacy. Late check-out until 17h allowed.

The rooms at this hotel are well furnished and have all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette includes two hobs and a microwave, perfect for preparing simple meals. The free bottle of water on arrival was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of food, and the situation of the hotel is just right for us.

I recently stayed at Servatur in Gran Canaria for a relaxing beach getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, with a small but beautiful beach just steps away. The staff, especially Rubén, were incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and we enjoyed eating on the terrace with a view. The hotel was also conveniently situated near a hiking hill. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping the rooms and common areas spotless.

I do recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at the hotel, with a clean and comfortable poolside room. The location was outstanding, close to the beach, and the staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and professional.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunsets. the location was superb with a promenade easily accessible from the hotel and the beach a stone's throw away. There were also supermarkets and a pharmacy conveniently located near the hotel. the room was well-equipped with modern and clean facilities which enhanced the already wonderful experience.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a bummer. It was a good thing we visited during a cooler month because it would've been unbearable to stay in during the summer.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent - the prices were really reasonable considering the quality of service and amenities offered. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were refurbished and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Lastly, the location was perfect for me. Situated in a quiet area along the beach promenade, I got to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while still being able to explore the nearby attractions. I found this hotel to be a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable stay.

Early season so quiet, staff were super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Restaurant had mind-blowing views, lovely pool and hot tub. Good facilities nearby, prices are comparable. Spacious room with jaw-dropping ocean view. Employees spoke English and German. Grocery shop, restaurant, rooftop jakuzzi, live music by the pool bar on Saturdays. Clean and tidy rooms. Piano Bar on 9th floor was a unique experience. Great food, pool, and attentive staff.
