The hotel is located in an ideal spot, just a short walk from two beautiful beaches. You can easily spend your days lounging on the sandy shores and soaking up the sun. The convenient location also allows for easy access to other parts of the island, making it a great base for exploring.

The rooms, though clean and spacious, could use a bit of a refurbishment to freshen up the overall look and feel.

Great staff, flexible rules, amazing pool, good food. Perfect for families. Good location by the marina and close to Ciutadella. Late arrival meal prepared. Reasonable beach equipment rental. Cheaper ice cream.

The first positive aspect of this hotel is the excellent service provided by the staff. They are attentive, polite, and always willing to assist. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the General Manager who ensured we had a smooth check-in experience and provided detailed explanations of all the hotel amenities and services.

the staff at Grupotel were incredibly considerate and went above and beyond to help guests. the hotel had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful swimming pool and well-maintained gardens. the location was great, with a selection of restaurants nearby and the charming Ciutadella within easy reach. the hotel even provided a cold meal for us when we arrived late due to a flight delay. it was perfect for families, with my children particularly enjoying the swimming pool.
