I also appreciated the friendly and efficient service from the staff, particularly Consualo, who always had a smile for everyone.

The evening entertainment, which mainly caters to German holidaymakers, can be disappointing for non-German guests.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, away from the entertainment held outside by the pool area periodically. You can have a peaceful evening and enjoy a drink with the managers and some of the staff at the rooftop bar, providing a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.

The labeling of the food at the buffet could be improved, as mentioned by a vegetarian guest who struggled to identify suitable options.

The hotel was lovely, with ample parking and within walking distance of great restaurants. We particularly enjoyed dining at the nearby Monaco Italian restaurant, which had a delightful ambiance and fine dining experience. The hotel's facilities were impressive, with modern amenities and spacious rooms offering great pool views. The customer service was excellent, from the reception to the waitstaff and cleaners. The swimming pools and spa were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety and fair quality. The mini disco for kids and evening shows provided great entertainment options within the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with the shopping street, beach, bars/restaurants, and bus station all within a few minutes' walk. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious common areas and multiple pools for both kids and adults. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with Spanish ham and cava on Sundays. We also enjoyed the free spa, which was only for adults.

We also loved that the hotel was located close to the beach and other entertainment options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. the fact that there were plenty of sun beds available meant we could sleep in and still find a spot by the pool!
