During my recent stay at Sercotel, the staff demonstrated excellent service and were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. They made me feel welcome and ensured I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Ciudad Real and had a fantastic experience. The underground parking for motorbikes was spacious and had plenty of room for vehicles. We were impressed with the attention to detail, from the lift up to the hotel to the minibar in our room. After a long ride in the rain, the bath was much appreciated. The tapas in the cafeteria were excellent and we found a great bar in town called 'Bar Angelo'. this hotel is ideal for exploring the centre and offers a lovely stay at a great price.

The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the pedestrianized city center and within walking distance of the main square. We also found a petrol station across the road, which was handy for grabbing a sandwich when there weren't many other options in the area.

Good location, secure parking, outstanding breakfast, spacious and clean room with good Wi-Fi signal. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Diana from Reception. Affordable price for quality hotel. Would return.

Lovely indoor swimming pool and great cafeteria bar. Good value for money at an affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a nice private area. The service was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff at the reception and cafeteria. The room was very comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the amenities like the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There was also a fitness center for those who like to stay active. our experience here was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a good Wi-Fi signal. the breakfast was a 5-star buffet style for an extra small cost, full of variety and with all the trimmings. the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. the heated bathroom mirror was a great idea!

The parking was quite tight which made it hard to maneuver. the bar staff were unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome, which meant we had to venture out to find food.

Excellent tapas, ideal location, attention to detail, culinary experience, wonderful staff, old style with modern comforts.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel had everything I needed, from spacious and luxurious rooms to a business center and a delicious restaurant. And let's not forget the Mediterranean towns with their breathtaking beauty and slow-paced lifestyle, what a treat!

Really struggled to find any negatives, oh well, let's say the white villages route was just too charming and hospitable for my liking. So disappointing.
