I recently stayed at Guitart Grand Passage for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The receptionist, Ander, was incredibly polite and went out of his way to provide us with helpful information about local clubs and events. The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to transportation options. The unique design of the building, with curved balconies reminiscent of Gaudi's Casa Mila, added to the charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. a great hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location, just a short walk from a popular street. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a clever design separating the bedroom from the living room. It was also convenient to have metro and bus links nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and assistance whenever we needed it. One staff member in particular went above and beyond, even helping us communicate with taxi drivers. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They even surprised me with a free upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious, quiet, and had a beautiful indoor balcony where I could enjoy the fresh air. The black-out curtains worked perfectly, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions.

The room was not clean as there were dust bunnies on the floor and stains on the bed sheets. the heating system was not working properly, so it was quite chilly in the room.

The Diagonal metro station is also close by, allowing easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are spacious and roomy, exceeding expectations in size. The hotel staff is friendly and the decor is beautiful, creating a pleasant ambience.

The AC in the rooms doesn't work properly, which can make it uncomfortably hot.

One unique experience I had was cutting my hair at a nearby barber shop, and I must say, I was absolutely satisfied with the results!
