We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was incredible, with an amazing bed that made our holiday even more special. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the bar served the most fabulous cocktails. Comfortable stay in a lovely location. The room was comfortable and clean, with modern and practical facilities. The hotel's secluded garden location provided a peaceful escape from the busy city center. The hotel's amenities such as the pool and the restaurants were top-notch and offered a great experience.

The city center was quite unpleasant due to its crowded and noisy atmosphere. There were also limited entertainment options available for adults.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the bus station and the beautiful beaches. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with fresh towels. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a great variety of tasty pastries. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained. a fabulous hotel experience.

The regular evening entertainment at the hotel could have been better.

During my stay at the Gran Hotel Monterrey, I was impressed by the spacious and clean room. It had all the amenities I needed, including a nice bathroom with a variety of toiletries and a fantastic view from the balcony. The breakfast spread was delicious and well-organized, and the pool area was a great place to relax. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The venue is luxurious, chic and fulfills exclusive needs. The impeccable pool area is a standout with impeccable service complementing it. The private facilities in our room were a nice touch; we felt pampered and indulged. The beach access was ideal, with an amazing bar/lounge area serving drinks and snacks.

Our only minor issue was with the spa and wellness centre; the Turkish bath was not in operation.
