It is just a short distance from downtown Madrid, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel are committed and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with complimentary toiletries and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water and even a bottle of cava. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and good coffee.

The only minor downside observed was the smell of toilet cleaner in the room, which could be easily addressed by the housekeeping staff.

The basket of toiletries provided in the room was such a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with outside food delivery and even arranging vegetarian meals upon request. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop that provided access to nearby towns and Madrid.

The hotel's location in a residential area made it difficult to find nearby dining options. the room had a lingering smell of toilet cleaner that could have been addressed by housekeeping.
