The view from the balcony was incredible! Waking up every morning and seeing the sun rising over the ocean was breathtaking. the beach was only a few steps away from the hotel, making it super convenient to go for a swim or walk along the shore. the buffet breakfast had a great selection of pastries and fruit.

The hotel could definitely improve on their customer service. the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and were often unresponsive to requests.

Nearby is a 100+ year old restaurant on a small island with scenic 360 views. Many retirees, but that's common on the island. Lovely location and good pool area. Amazing facilities and breakfast. Music in the sun bed area is fantastic. esthétique of the front and facilities are great, just needs room updates.

The breakfast selection was superb, with wonderful options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location at the quieter end of the resort was great, allowing for easy access to the beach. The hotel provided good toiletries in the bathroom.

The views from our room balcony were stunning, allowing us to relax and take in the panoramic scenery. The staff at this hotel were wonderful, always courteous and helpful. They even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly in our room for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the variety of amenities and services available, from room service to car hire. we were impressed with the comfort and quality this hotel provided.

The hotel provided great service, with room service available 24 hours. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The balcony was a nice touch, providing a lovely sitting area to enjoy the view. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

spa area needs makeover

We stayed at this hotel for a quick trip to Majorca and it was just perfect. The location was amazing, with a lovely bay and a beautiful beach right on the doorstep. We especially enjoyed the chill out area and the beachfront access, making it super convenient to enjoy the sun and the sea. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially John and Silvia who made our stay even better by allowing us to extend our stay in our room. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities like a balcony, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The daily housekeeping service was also a plus, keeping our room clean and tidy.
