had a fantastic time at this hotel, exceeded our expectations. Beautiful sea view room, staff provided wonderful service. Great variety of food, especially loved the local banana products. Perfect location near the seaside promenade and attractions. a lovely stay.

Wifi connection issue.

The location of the property is absolutely perfect. We took the bus from the airport and got off nearby, which is about 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is a smaller beach nearby, which we loved. Everything is within walking distance, including attractions like Loro Parque. Our pool view room was nice and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant had a great view on the second floor and the food was diverse and delicious. Great selection of drinks and cocktails included. The property was well maintained and clean. it was a great stay at H10 Tenerife Playa.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel provided top-notch service, with friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, thanks to the attentive housekeeping service. We also appreciated the range of amenities offered, from the in-room air conditioning to the garden furniture. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

Great customer service, polite and friendly staff. My room was clean and well serviced with fresh towels daily. the swimming pools were also clean and enjoyable. the hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. I loved the sea view!

The food was very bland with little variety and the dining experience was very crowded and chaotic. Could use some improvement in the dining service.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel. the location was perfect as it was right in front of the beautiful promenade by the beach. Secondly, the supermarket was just a short walk away, making it convenient to grab any essentials. And lastly, the outdoor area on the 10th floor provided breathtaking views of the sea. The room was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. a wonderful experience!

The hotel lacked a proper parking facility which was a bit inconvenient.

the staff at the hotel, especially in the restaurant, bars, and reception, were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. the all-inclusive option was definitely worth the price, with high-quality and fresh food available. the cocktails at the bar were also excellent. the location of the hotel was one of the best in Puerto de la Cruz, offering stunning views from the restaurant and the option to dine on the terrace overlooking the ocean and bay. it was a fantastic stay in a town that I love.
