The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from a bustling shopping and dining street. Although the room was slightly smaller than expected, it was impeccably clean and had a modern feel. I was pleasantly surprised when our requested early check-in was accommodated, allowing us to freshen up after a long flight. The friendly staff and their willingness to go above and beyond was a huge plus during our stay.

The room was incredibly small, probably the tiniest hotel room I've ever stayed in. the noise from the corridors was also quite bothersome, as there was no carpeting to muffle any sounds.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival, which was a wonderful surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. the room was absolutely incredible, and we felt spoiled by the luxury. the hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible from the airport by bus A2. We took advantage of the return ticket option, allowing us flexibility in our travel plans. the staff were exceptional, providing a warm welcome and ensuring that the hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. our experience at H10 Universitat was superb, and we highly recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, between two metro stations. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to fulfill every single request. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered a variety of services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The staff made me feel welcome with a complimentary welcome drink, and the buffet breakfast in the dining restaurant was absolutely delicious. The service here was superb, with the staff always willing to help.

Great and comfortable stay with perfect location! the room was very nice, with an absolute dream of a bed and a cozy terrace for morning breakfast. the staff sent cava and strawberries to our room, which was a really nice touch.

The bathroom had glass walls, offering no privacy. the tub was in poor condition, with rust and a loose piece of glass.

This venue is located right in the heart of the city, between two metro stations which make it very convenient to explore the area. The room service was excellent, and the staff could not do enough for me, always going above and beyond to help with every single request. The sun terrace was a perfect place to relax and unwind with a refreshing drink after a day of sightseeing, and the free Wi-Fi was a great added bonus.
