We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully run retreat in Southern Spain. The location was idyllic, with birdsong and views across the surrounding farmland. The small number of rooms, all facing onto a charming cobblestone courtyard, gave the place an intimate and cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked bathroom. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast served on our own little patio was delicious, with fresh breads, homemade jams, and good coffee. a tranquil and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, making it a bit inconvenient for those who want to visit Seville or explore the surrounding area.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it was nicely decorated and had a festive atmosphere. the food served was delicious and the price was reasonable for what was offered. the location was secluded, providing a quiet and peaceful environment. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The temperature in the room was very warm and the air conditioning was not working properly. We had to leave the windows open, which made the room noisy due to the surrounding nature.

Superb service and breakfast. Wonderful patio dining with homemade marmalade and jam. Excellent and creative dinner options for vegetarians. Helpful staff facilitated a smooth transfer to sister hotel in Sevilla. Incredible views, spacious rooms, and attentive service.

hacienda de san rafael in las cabezas de san juan blew us away with their exceptional service, delicious food, and stunning grounds. we never wanted to leave the hotel and the staff made us feel so welcome. a truly relaxing and romantic getaway.
