Awesome location, right in the heart of the historic center and within walking distance to everything. Our room was super cute with a balcony facing the street, allowing us to enjoy some fresh air. the bathroom was spacious and well equipped, and the complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the mini bar were a nice touch. the rooftop swimming pool was small but cozy, perfect for the hot summer days.

Lugging our luggage to the hotel was a bit of a hassle since it's located in a walking only street. It would have been more convenient if there was easier access for guests with heavy luggage.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Santa Cruz. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old Seville. We were able to walk to the cathedral and palace in just a few minutes. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop area which had stunning views of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations for authentic tapas places and assisting with transportation. Breakfast was also amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the center of Santa Cruz and adjacent to a busy pedestrian street. It is also conveniently located next to the cathedral and within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, and flamenco shows. The rooms are modern and super clean, with comfortable beds and stylish decor. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. In addition, guests can enjoy the rooftop pool and terrace with great views of the city.

The air conditioning in the rooms could have been cooler, as the lowest temperature setting was still quite warm.

Beautiful, comfortable room with great AC. Very quiet hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a pedestrian-only area, away from traffic noise. The rooftop pool was a perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring.

There were major leaks from the ceiling, which seemed to be ignored by the hotel staff. The floor was often wet and we were dripped on multiple times.

My romantic escape was incredible thanks to the well-kept room and refreshing pool. We were lucky to have sunny weather and enjoyed lounging in the sun terrace every day. Breakfast was included and we loved the delicious croissants and fresh orange juice. the location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere and explore the city.

the pool steps were unsteady and made it difficult to get in and out of the pool. It would have been nice to have a movie channel or a few more TV channels available for relaxing in the room, and the waitstaff in the area were a bit rude at times.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a cool boho vibe and a great location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite the noise from nearby restaurants and bars, it didn't bother us too much. I would highly recommend this hotel for its fabulous atmosphere and prime location.

We loved staying at this hotel! Its location is unique, on a street that can't be reached by car. The service was great, with staff ready to help us with everything we needed. We really appreciated the room service and car hire options, as well as the laundry and dry cleaning services. The housekeeping was excellent and we had everything we needed in our room, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. Our terrace had great garden furniture, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the view. This place offers a lot of amenities, such as a spa and wellness center, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool with sun loungers. The staff was really friendly and helpful, with one exception, the new and unempathetic receptionist.
